You are viewing the Wallace’s 1941 “Keeping Fit to Music” Weight Reducing Course that comes in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
The course includes six 78rpm records and six printed lessons that display the various movements and positions through photography and words.
This is a vintage collection that may be extremely valuable the more the health fitness industry grows in popularity.
This pioneering weight loss method from the 1940s by Wallace Rogerson of Chicago was featured on the PS-TV History Detectives series.
Records feature instructions by Wallace and orchestral music of varying tempos and moods.
The method was very popular in its time.
This was an exercise program for women during World War II.
Details:
Six 78rpm one-sided record lessons
(Record One is two-sided).  These were manufacturered of material long before the advent of vinyl records.  See below.
Materials used to make these 78rpm records was "shellac compounds"
All six printed lessons that coordinate with each record audio are included.
Records are in very good condition.
Records are 10 inches in diameter.
Original manufacturer’s packaging, box, and instructions are included
Nice vintage weight control collectors set.
This set has been stored in a smoke-free environment and sealed away from pets.

Shipping:

We do not ship to post office boxes.  Our process time is two (2) business days (weekends and holidays) after payment is received.  For your convenience, we offer combined shipping; just let us know via email before you make your purchase so we can adjust your shipping fee.
If a package is lost after 30 days without a scan update, we will open a case with the carrier.  Please allow up to 14 days for the carrier to conclude their investigation.  Once the investigation is closed and the package is considered officially lost by the carrier, we will either replace your merchandise or offer a refund.  It is at our discretion whether we replace or refund.
