Hello and welcome to my auction!
Up for bid today is a vintage, new-old-stock 1 3/8 oz. metal tube
of Lyon's Tooth Paste by the R. L. Watkins Company of New York, NY,
complete in the original box!
This set is
in outstanding condition without any significant damage that I can find!
Cosmetically, the colors on both the tube and box are strong without fading
and t
he graphics are crisp and clean.
There is a minor rub to the cardboard on one end which is visible in one of the photos.
The tube contains squeeze indents characteristic of an item of this material.
In order to confirm this toothpaste is unused, I removed the cap and took a closeup of the top.
It doesn't reflect any evidence that the contents were ever squeezed out of the tube.
The toothpaste is completely level below the tip of the neck.
There is dried residue around the top of the tube which is also typical of an item of this age.
I’ve taken care to provide photos for your review and to best illustrate my description.
