    Victor (Vic-1A) talking machine motor.
    It is what it is. This is from an incomplete Vic-1A parts machine. I know it can be used on a Vic-1B, and am pretty sure it can fit a 1C and 1D.
    Frankly, there's nothing to fault. It's simply in great shape with little gear wear. It winds easily, runs down smoothly (no sudden jerks as when a coil releases), no oxidation on the lead governor weights, and the speed can be adjusted very easily, that is, when one manually adjusts the lever that operates the governor. The only thing one hears is the whir of the governor, which is normal. I don't think I'm hyping this when I write you may be hard-pressed to find a better one.
