Sailor Souvenir Doll Marked VH Holland American Line

Description

This 13" souvenir sailor doll is marked VH, which is a Dovina, Rotterdam-Holland product.  It is faded, but the black strip on the cap had the label, Holland-American Line, no longer very readable. The face is light composition and is painted with side-glancing eyes.  It has some cracking along one side and across the nose, but is still in pretty good, 1930s collectible condition.  Cloth is in good condition, with one tear on hand which can be repaired.
Not in perfect condition, but still collectible and displayable,  An unusual and rarer souvenir doll.
