YOU ARE BIDIDNG ON A SHOULDER PATCH FROM THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA AND THE TOWN OF RED SPRINGS POLICE DEPARTMENT. THE TOWN OF AROUND 3,300 PEOPLE IS LOCATD IN THE COUNTIES OF HOKE & ROBESON. THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT VERSIONS AS ON HAS NAVY BLUE BORDER ANDOTHER HAS WHITE. NOT SURE WHY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO PATCHES. BOTH ARE NEW.
THE TOWN HAS 16 FULL TIME OFFICERS ON THE DEPARTMENT. THE PATCHES ARE NEW AND IN MINT CONDITION AND HAS THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE SEAL IN THE MIDDLE. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ON A UNIFORM. THANKS FOR YOUR BID.
**** The US Post Office has been in some kind of funk in that it is taking longer than normal shipping time for items to get to the buyers. I put the date on the bottom left corner of the envelope to show you that I indeed shipped it right away, so please do not mark shipping time as not being on time, it is out of my control and I assure you, it is very frustrating to me.
