Meinl Jumbo Bass Subwoofer Cajon with Internal Snares.Forward-facing ports with internal bass reflex — an internal reflex channel directs sound waves and air through forward-facing ports to create a bass note that feels like kick drum — the tone will surround you as you play and project toward your audience
Internal fixed sets of snares — dual sets of internal fixed snare wires are positioned against the playing surface to add the dimension of a crisp snare drum sound — get a cutting backbeat snare tone by playing near the top corners of the playing surface
Jumbo size — coming in at an enormous 13 ½" W x 19 ¾" H x 13 ¾" D, the body of this cajon is jumbo-sized to add even more low end thump — with ample room for bass frequencies to develop inside, you get a nice wallop with plenty of boom behind it
Walnut frontplate with modern composite body — the walnut playing surface along with modern composite body dish out cutting slap tones, deep bass and respond to soft finger rolls or brush playing — the walnut wood grain pattern also adds a stunning look
Ultra-durable — this cajon's modern composite body not only reflects sound for more articulation, but it gives the cajon an extra bit of ruggedness for heavy touring or to be used as a house percussion piece by different players (handle located on rear)
Four solid silicone feet — on the underside of the cajon are four solid silicone feet formulated to eliminate unwanted vibrations while protecting the cajon body from scratches on virtually any surface
This Cajon is slightly used with multiple small Imperfections on the wooden surface. However, these imperfections have no impact on the sound quality as it still sounds brand new when playing.
