This Ixpress Imacon 528c kit is in working order. Complete with necessary Image Bank. Adaptable to a wide array of medium/large format cameras with the proper adapter. This back is sold WITHOUT adapter so you can adapt to whatever setup you want.
There are tiny condensation/fungus spots to the filter glass. It will need replacement.
Kit includes firewire, and connector cables from image bank to back.  No battery included, but it can be powered via firewire when shooting tethered. Includes plastic sensor cover.
Includes original carrying case.
The 528C comes with Kodak 22 mega-pixel CCD (36x48mm capture area), which doubles the size of full frame 135 cameras. The Hasselblad 528C offers three capture modes (1, 4, and 16-shot). It is able to shoot a full 16-
bit color 132MB images in single-shot mode and 528MB images in 16 shot-mode.
