    Description

It's time to dig out those old 45's
    and have a party with
    The Redhead
    On your Classic
    RCA Victor
    45 RPM Record Player
No need for installation "options" with our exact fit
replacement phono cartridge for your RCA Victor
Model 45-EY-2 "45" RPM Record Player Phonograph.
The output pins match your originals perfectly and if
your originals are damaged or missing we include an
    extra pair with every cartridge
The Redhead is a Stereo cartridge bridged for Mono
so you will safely play your Stereo 45's with no risk
    of damage.
    Step One
We pre-test every cartridge for sound quality and output in
our Blue-Arm test jig featuring a custom made plug-in tone-arm.
    Step Two
We believe that soldering output leads to a cartridge is an unprofessional shortcut.
The amount of heat necessary to insure a good connection creates the risk of damage to the cartridge with degraded sound quality that may show up now or later.
We assemble precision connectors and install using no heat.
    Step Three
The cartridge mounting angle was confirmed by comparing to a
commercial turntable by Innotech that uses the identical cartridge.
    Step Four
Every completed Redhead cartridge is tested for
exceptional performance in our Clear-Arm test jig
    Step Five
    Installation Instructions
The RCA 45 player must be in good condition.
The idler wheel, rubber motor mounts and cycle cam need to be checked
and replaced as necessary. The tone arm must move freely with no binding.
Clean and lubricate the motor to insure correct speed.
