You may have seen this listed before and think there are numerous of these.  That is NOT the case.  These are RARE and never in circulation.  People keep bidding this item up and then NEVER pay.  That is what happened AGAIN last week!

David Bowie & The Spiders Handbill only item offered for sale.
Other memorabilia is only proof it is from Russ Gibb Private Collection and NOT included in the sale.
Original handbill from October 8, 1972 show at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit, Michigan.  The art was created by Donnie Dope AKA Don Forsythe who created numerous posters for the Grande Ballroom.  According to Russ, Donnie did not have the money for ink and most of the original drawing was done with his own blood as ink.  Many hidden items in the drawing.
Only a few of these posters made circulation.  Bowie's management demanded they be recalled and new posters were circulated with the name change from David Bowie & the Spiders to David Bowie & the Spiders from Mars.
