Condition is
fairly good (Fairly good defined; Good, but not great)
as shown,  borders are damaged bottom border is bent...can be trimmed, surface wear and imperfections, corners are damaged, is rippled(wavy) from being wound too tight.
Measures 24" x 36" approx.
Nice collectible.
Enlargements might show darker yellowing around the edges, it is from the scanner.
