    Description

    "COLGATE RIBBON DENTAL CREAM" MECHANICAL ADVERTISING CARD
    - Approx. 1915 Colgate & Co. 3.25" x 5.5" (closed). Color litho on die-cut cardboard.
    Bold illustrated imagery featuring a young pretty girl by a wash basin (enhanced by floral accents on die-cut card front).
    Most notably, card front has mechanical elements (open the card and girl "brushes her teeth"). Colgate product packaging is depicted 2 times.
    An exceptionally graphic (and fully operable) promotional piece.
    Condition is considered GOOD with minimal surface/stain/edge wear. Mild edge creasing with no tears, chips or spine separation. Colors and imagery are bold, bright and extremely attractive.
    Overall, we feel this is a very displayable original example by most standards (see photos).
